Militants continue to wreak havoc and spread fear just days after they seized the Iraqi city of Mosul.
The militants with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) have taken to social media to post propaganda video with the purpose to scare troops.
According to the Daily Mail, the group posted a video of a gruesome beheading of a Sunni police major.
The video begins from with the militants knocking on the officer’s door, and ending with the officer’s head resting on his legs.
“This is our ball. It is made of skin #WorldCup,” the group tweeted.
Another video released by the group show hundreds of men walking down the road.
The group’s idea of using fear has become successful in lowering both the morale of people and soldiers, The Washington Posts reported.
Posting videos online have become ISIS’s way of showing the world that they will not stop.
The group continues to advance towards Baghdad.
