The Hulk has been seen on the big screen in a variety of forms but fans have not fallen in love with the character overall until Mark Ruffalo took over the role in the Avengers. With Avengers: Age of Ultron already in production, fans are looking forward to seeing the green larger than life monster on the big screen once again. Ruffalo recently opened up about the role of the Hulk in the Avengers sequel.
The actor spoke to Total Film and expanded that this film will expand on his character. "[My role's] even bigger than last time, and it's more complex and it has more layers and a bit more arc," said Ruffalo.
When Ruffalo turns into his green self, the actor has been able to explore the new technology of motion-capture. "I'm really tripping on the technology of this motion-capture stuff… now I just completely embrace it and see it as this other exciting place we can go as performers," Ruffalo detailed.
MSN reported that the sequel will be directed again by Joss Whedon and will feature new cast members including; Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron-Taylor Johnson and James Spader.
