Jersey Shore alum Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was arrested on Tuesday after getting into a brawl at, where else, a New Jersey tanning salon.
According to TMZ, who first learned of the arrest, The Situation reportedly got into a fight with his brother Frank, but only Mike was taken away by police.
They were responding to reports of a "fist fight" at the Boca Tanning Salon in Middletown, which the 31-year-old former reality star and his family own.
This is the second time in as many weeks that the tanning salon has been in the news. TMZ notes, employees called the cops on the Sorrentinos after paychecks bounced.
ABC News reports Sorrentino was booked on simple assault following the assault and bail was set at $500. He reportedly paid it and will be release shortly.
Sorrentino starred on MTV's Jersey Shore between 2009 and 2012 and most recently was a contestant on season 11 of Dancing with the Stars.
