An eight-month-old New Jersey baby is now the sixth death reported from a recalled Nap Nanny infant recliner.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said that the baby was found suffocated while secured by a belt, trapped between the product and the crib bumper. The agency is once again urging parents not to use or sell the Nap Nanny chairs as they are dangerous and no longer being sold in any stores. However, they also said that parents should stay clear of them at yard sales, hand-me-down gifts and other online postings.

According toNBC News, the Nap Nanny recliner chairs were designed to imitate the shape of a baby car seat to elevate the infant slightly to aid in reducing reflux, gas and other issues. Nearly 165,000 Nan Nanny recliners were sold between 2009 and 2012 before they were officially recalled last year,ABC News reported.

The out of business company told ABC News that they are heartbroken for the families who have lost a child, but that the product was never intended for use in a crib.
