Uncle Harry sure is a riot! Prince Harry, who was on tour in Chile, had a bit to say about his nephew, Prince George.
According to Us Weekly, the Prince had spoken to Virginia Araya, the presenter of Infinita, which is a national radio station, and she made a statement to Us Weekly saying, “I asked him what George was like. He said, ‘He’s growing up. He is walking, and he has big, chubby cheeks. He looks like a young Winston Churchill.’”
Winston Churchill was a former prime minister in Britain, during the time of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, the parents of the current Queen Elizabeth. Hopefully the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge see Harry’s humor, considering Churchill wasn’t the most attractive looking man.
The Telegraph reported he was in Santiago, Chile to celebrate the official birthday of the Queen.
He also talked about the upcoming Brazil vs. Chile match in the World Cup to the people attending the party, telling them he had a “diplomatic challenge” ahead of him, as he couldn’t completely root for one side over the other.
In a speech that he gave on Friday at the British Ambassador’s Residence, Harry spoke of Chile’s history and how he had wanted to visit the country after hearing stories from his father and brother. He is also taking a tour of Brazil.
During his address in Santiago, he reportedly said, “I am very grateful for the warm welcome I have received since arriving last night. It is great to see such strong ongoing relations between our two countries.”
