The bodies of three women were discovered Tuesday in a Fort Worth home and police say that all had their throats slashed.

James Serrano called the police after coming home and discovering the bodies of his wife and two adult daughters with their throats cut, reports NBC 5. Serrano called the 911 dispatcher and said, "They killed my family."

A nephew to one of the deceased identified the three killed to The Associated Press, but said it was Serrano's wife, 48-year-old Cynthia Serrano, her 35-year-old sister Cathy de Leon and Serrano's 21-year-old daughter April Serrano.

According to another article by NBC 5, police are currently trying to determine whether the three women were simply murdered or if it might have been a murder-suicide.

A neighbor, Justin Inglet, said he was "Kind of shocked" by what had happened and said that he never saw or heard anything out of the ordinary. "It was kind of a big surprise when I came back from the gym today and seen all this commotion going on."
