William H. Macy has signed on to join the upcoming feature film Blood Father. Macy will be co-staring along side Mel Gibson.
MSN reported that Macy broke the news on Twitter posting an image of himself with Gibson.

Blood Father is being directed by Jean-Francois Richet. The film is being described as an action thriller that has a very similar feel to that of the Liam Neeson box office hit Taken. Blood Father will tell the story of an ex-convict who is trying to reconnect with his estranged teenager daughter.

It has not yet been announced while roles Gibson or Macy would be playing in the feature film.
Digital Spy reported that the movie will also be staring Elisabeth Röhm, who was last seen in her role in the Oscar nominated, American Hustle.
The movie is expected to be released in 2015 but no official release date has been announced.
