New York Yankees pitcher C.C. Sabathia according to multiple reports has put his customized California home on the market. The custom home is located in Eastridge, which is a private gated community in Solano County’s Green Valley, and he selling it at the price of $1.5 million.

There are numerous features that come with the house, which include a pool with water features, an outdoor kitchen and a “man cave” with custom stadium seating, a row of flat-screen televisions, a wet bar and a lot of baseball memorabilia. It is a house that him and his wife purchased in 2004, reported by NBC Sports.

Despite news of his house being put on the market, Sabathia has been recovering from a right-knee injury that has sidelined the former 2009 World Series Champion. He hopes that July will be the month he will be prime and ready to come back to work. With an ERA of 5.28 and a record of just 3-4, he has an up hill battle to clime, confirmed by Los Angeles Times.
