Ben Affleck has yet another supporter in Adam West, who believes that the actor will do well in a role he once played in the campy 1960's series.

"My feeling is that Ben Affleck will be really good simply because he's a great talent," the 85-year-old former Batman told People. "And I'd be very interested in seeing him in the role."

West, who spoke with the site on Thursday at Comic Con offered a little advice to the Argo director, noting to "Just make [sure] the costume works for you, Ben."

With Affleck still filming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice alongside Henry Cavill's Superman, little has been shown off yet, with the exception of two dark, "gritty" photographs.

The latest one was posted to Twitter by director Zach Snyder and shows a close up of Affleck wearing the costume's cowl, and just like the previous image, Batman is once again fixated by something on the ground.

Batman v Superman isn't won't be out for quite some time, as the film has a distant May 6, 2016 theatrical release date.
