Alicia keys had just signed on to be a mentor on The Voice.
According to Today she will serve as a mentor to Pharrell Williams team on the hit NBC competition show. Both Alicia and Pharrell took to their twitters to show their excitement.

Alicia and Pharrell has collaborator numerous of time most recently for The The Amazing Spiderman 2 soundtrack song, “It’s On Again.” Alicia was also featured on his album G I R L on the song “Know Who You Are.”
Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani will join Blake Shelton and Adam Levine on the new season of The Voice. They will be replacing Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera.
Alicia has been working on a new album, which is set to be released in 2015 and Pharrell has been working on that, too. She has shared that the upcoming album will be concept-driven. “This album is more about the concept, the thought I’m trying to get across, where in the past it’s been more about the melody. This time it’s about what we’re going through as human beings.” She shared with Woman’s World Daily.
