Jealousy abounds for those stuck at home while others enjoy San Diego Comic-Con, especially on Saturday during Marvel's panel. Convention-goers on Saturday were treated with the first look at Marvel's upcoming sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Marvel showed off a short clip to those in Hall H of the highly anticipated Avengers sequel before also bringing out some of the cast, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The clip shows off the main cast each attempting to lift Thor's hammer Mjolnir. Tony Stark, Hawkeye and War Machine have no luck and Thor gleefully makes fun of them. However, his amusement is dashed when Captain America steps up to the plate and makes the hammer move slightly. The moment then ends with Ultron showing up and telling them, "The path to peace ... is with your extinction."

The clip continued for a short bit showing off various scenes from the upcoming film and Elizabeth Olsen can be seen quickly as the Scarlett Witch.
Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, James Spader and Paul Bettany came out to the crowd and each spoke with a short moment. Joss Whedon was absent from the panel because of some injury.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is due out May 1, 2015.

Comic-Con has been great for Marvel and fans of the comic studio, as Marvel continues to work through Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Earlier, the studio announced that one of the six mystery release dates was filled by Guardians of the Galaxy 2.
