If you were among the thousands of Pacific Rim fans wishing to pilot your own Jaeger, Legendary Pictures and Guillermo Del Toro are giving you a chance to at the San Diego Comic-Con. Del Toro and the studio are also giving fans a preview of Crimson Peak, the Pan’s Labyrinth filmmaker’s next film.

The Jaeger Combat Simulator gives Comic-Con attendees the feeling of what it was like for Charlie Hunnam and Idris Elba to pilot these giant mechanical robots as they fought the Kaiju monsters in Pacific Rim. Oculus VR, a leading company in the virtual reality business, created the simulator with some assistance from Industrial Light & Magic, which designed the effects of the film.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Legendary’s booth also includes a look at the 19th century northern England world that Crimson Peak is set in. There’s snow-covered gates that fans will walk through to see costumes and props from the new movie.

Mia Wasikowska and Tom Hiddleston star in the movie, along with Hunnam. It opens in October 2015.

“It’s very brutal and very beautiful,” Del Toro told the LA Times of his film.
