Freddie Prinze Jr. revealed that he nearly quit acting after working alongside 24 star Kiefer Sutherland, but the latter's rep appears almost surprised by the complaints in a response.
"Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze Jr. more than five years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie's grievances," the rep commented, Fox News reports. "Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best."
The rep's response isn't too unexpected, but it does carry with it a tone that almost seems to be one of surprise or offense, as Sutherland likely wasn't too happy to hear Prinze Jr. slamming him as "unprofessional."
As previously reported, Sarah Michelle Gellar's husband spoke up and said that he nearly gave up acting after appearing on 24.
"I did 24, it was terrible. I hated every moment of it," the She's All That star told ABC News. "Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world. That's not me talking trash, I'd say it to his face, I think everyone that's worked with him has said that."
It left him frustrated so he decided to take a hiatus from acting for awhile, but has recently started coming back and has appeared in guest roles on television shows and is in the upcoming Disney XD series Star Wars Rebels.
