Lana Del Rey has opened up about sleeping with guys in the music industry. However, she says that sleeping with guys from the music industry did not help her rise to the top of the music business or her career.
Del Ray was asked by Complex about one of her songs titled ‘F***ed My Way To The Top.” It is a song that is talking about how people view her, and Del Ray knows what people think she slept with people to gain an advantage in the music business.
However, the musician stated, “You know, I have slept with a lot of guys in the industry, but none of them helped me get my record deals. Which is annoying.”
The ugly past Del Ray has had to deal with in her life has taken its toll on the young artist. A month ago, she had an interview with the guardian.com, where she revealed a very dark thought.
She said in the interview, "I wish I were dead already."
This year Del Ray has come out with a solo album called Ultraviolence, and in the album she express everything she has and is currently going through in her life. She has released four singles off of the album. Those songs are “West Coast’, “Shades of Cool”, “Ultraviolence”, and “Brooklyn Baby.”
