Shania Twain announced that she will be ending her Caesars Palace residency in Las Vegas at the end of this year.

To wrap up her two-year stay in Vegas, the country singer plans on having 16 shows called "Shania: Still the One," running between October and December and culminating in her wrap-up show on Dec. 13, The Associated Press reports.

"That Don't Impress Me Much" singer will also have summer performances at the Colosseum until this Saturday.

The announcement isn't too surprising as it was revealed back in 2012 that she only planned on performing in Vegas for two years.

With her Vegas residency set to end this year, people are wondering what Twain might do next, and it's possible that she might join the upcoming 19th season of Dancing With the Stars , according to Hollywoodlife. Of course, that would be while her residency is still ongoing since the show kicks off in September.

Twain hinted at the possibility during a July 14 Facebook Q&A, where she told a curious fan, "I'd consider it!" A source has said that she is much closer to coming on the show than simply thinking about it.

"Those at DWTS are very confident that Shania Twain will join the show in its next season," the source said. "She is very, very, very close to signing on the show."
