A Taco Bell employee in Springfield, Massachusetts allegedly shot a BB gun at a drive-thru customer who complained about how long it was taking for the restaurant to deliver him his tacos, police say.
The incident showed up in a Facebook post from the Springfield Police Department. According to police, the victim, 26, told officers at the scene that he was waiting for a response at the drive-thru for a long time and no one responded, even though the restaurant was open. So, he went to one of the windows and banged on it, trying to get someone’s attention.
Unfortunately for him, the employee that did show up was already irate and the argument turned into a shoving match. The argument continued outside at the victim's car. There, the employee took out the BB gun and shot the victim “several times.” The victim also claimed that the employee struck him with the gun.
Sgt. John M. Delaney told The Republic that the employee, identified as Steven Noska, 26, was arrested when he went back into the Taco Bell. Witnesses showed police photos and videos of the incident on their cell phones.
Noska will be indicted today and has been charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, plus another count of assault and battery.
