20 people were hospitalized, and two others were left dead during the Mad Decent Block Party on Friday at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.

The suspected cause of illness and death were drug overdoses. A 17-year-old boy was included in the 20 that were hospitalized. He was was in critical condition after overdosing during the show.The drugs used have not yet been identified by police, reported the Rolling Stone.

20-year-old Tyler Fox Viscardi was rushed to the hospital where he died. The second victim, a 17-year-old whose name was not released, died of a drug overdose after the festival.

Three other people were arrested at the show, one for possession of marijuana and the other two for other charges, including the assault of a cop.

According to Billboard, Seth Hurwitz, concert promoter and operator of Merriweather Post Pavilion, released a statement about the incident.

“This particular type of incident is not the problem of those who should have known better...it's the problem of those too young to believe it could happen to them,” Hurwitz said.

Diplo, who was included in the Friday night lineup, offered his condolences on Twitter.

Mad Decent Block Party has been running for the past six years.
