Household name Bill Murray is set to voice bear Baloo in Disney's new live-action/animation adaption of The Jungle Book.

Bill is the latest addition to the star-studded cast. He joins the likes of Scarlett Johansson as the python Kaa, Lupita Nyong’o as the mother wolf Raksha, Christopher Walken as King Louie and Giancarlo Esposito as Akela, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Director of the film, Jon Favreau, celebrated the addition to the cast with a post on Instagram of Mowgli and Baloo.

The debuting 10-year-old Neel Sethi will be the only live action character appearing in the film as main character Mowgli, NY Daily News reports.

Scripted by Justin Marks, the new live-action/animation mix of Disney's The Jungle Book is set for release on Oct. 9, 2015.

Another fully live-action version of the film is in production at Warner Bros. Directed by Andy Serkis, the Warner Bros. adaption is set for release on Oct. 21, 2016, according to THR.
