The upcoming Aaliyah biopic for Lifetime has its star all ready to go, and now the supporting roles are being filled. Unknown actors Chattrisse Dolabaille and Izaak Smith have been cast as Missy Elliott and Timbaland.

As we previously reported, Alexandra Shipp replaced Zendaya for the lead role of Aaliyah last month.

Now, The Hollywood Reporter confirms Dolabaille and Smith’s involvement in the project. Elliott and Timbaland were two of Aaliyah’s biggest collaborators, co-producing her 1996 album One in a Million as well as Aaliyah in 2001, the same year she died.

While Dolabaille doesn’t have any credits to her name, Smith has been seen in Miror Mirror and Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief .

As for Shipp, she’s been in Nickelodeon’s House of Anubis and Awkward and Ray Donovan.

The script is based off of Christopher Farley’s book Aaliyah: More Than a Woman. Aaliyah’s family has spoken out against the biopic and have vowed to make their own biopic.
