Danity Kane has officially broken up for a second time after an argument turned into a physical fight during a recording session.

According to TMZ, who first reported the news, the band has had enough of each other and after Aubrey O'Day punched Dawn Richard on Monday, Danity Kane is once again no more.

"During a recent group meeting, a business conversation took a turn for the worst when my group member punched me in the back of the head while I was speaking to another associate," O'Day said in a statement, Us Weekly reports. "To be clear, she was not physically engaged or threatened prior to her attack on me."

A source said that another split isn't too surprising as they were "always at odds" and struggled to "agree on anything."

Diddy put the band together back in 2005 through MTV's Making the Band, but they last only four years. In 2013 everyone except D. Woods reunited for another go-round, but then Aundrea Fimbres quickly bailed.

TMZ notes they were supposedly close to completing work on their upcoming album, but since Danity Kane has broken up, it isn't known if it will ever see the light of day.
