DISH network has launched an updated application for iPads, Androids and Kindles.
In a recent press release, the network announced that the DISH Anywhere app will offer an upgraded interface with new capabilities for a better experience in the way customers receive their entertainment.
The new functionality will make it easier for consumers to navigate through television programs and watch what they want on-the-go.

“This is a powerful upgrade; the app’s streamlined design creates a user-friendly experience while giving consumers a dynamic way to engage and discover new programs,” said Vivek Khemka, DISH senior vice president of product management.
The updated app is not to be confused with the company’s upcoming standalone Web service. DISH Anywhere is a satellite provided version of TV Everywhere.
The app is currently available on the tablets for DISH subscribers at no extra cost. The upgraded version for iPad and Android smart phones is expected to be out later on this year, the release noted.
Any customers with questions about the app can contact DISH network directly.
