Reality television star Dog The Bounty Hunter has said that he will join the manhunt for MMA fighter Jon Koppenhaver, who is best known as “War Machine.” Koppenhaver is on the run after he was accused of beating his ex-girlfriend, porn star Christy Mack.

Mack has taken to Twitter to explain her side of the story, claiming that Koppenhaver went to her house Friday and beat her to a pulp. According to QMI Agency, the MMA fighter left her with a ruptured liver, a fractured rib and 18 total broken bones. She posted graphic photos of her injuries on Twitter, showing her bruised body.

The 23-year-old claimed that Koppenhaver went to her house when she had a guest over at around 2 a.m. “Without a single word spoken, (War Machine) began beating my friend,” Mack wrote. “Once he was finished, he sent my friend away and turned his attention to me.” She did not reveal the name of this friend. She also said that she had broken up with Koppenhaver back in May.

As for Koppenhaver, he is now on the run, although he is still tweeting. He says that he showed up to surprise Mack, who he still refers to as his girlfriend, and propose to her. However, a man was there and he “ended up fighting for my life.”

The case has brought the attention of Dog The Bounty Hunter, Duane Chapman. He told BJPenn that he is now on the look out for Koppenhaver.

“We’re very close to him right now, the bell has really rung now. It takes a lot after the bell rings to make the first step into that ring, doesn’t it? This is the bell of your life, it just rang, be a man and step in,” Chapman said in a statement to the site.
