V. Stiviano, the woman heard in the tape that ultimately lead to Donald Sterling losing the Los Angeles Clippers and being banned from the NBA for life, claims that she never had sex with Sterling. In fact, she even claims that Sterling is gay.

Stiviano filed a lawsuit in response to Sterling’s estranged wife Shelley Sterling’s claims that she received cars and property that Sterling didn’t have the right to give her. According to TMZ, Stiviano claims that she received these items only in exchange for being Sterling’s “beard.” In addition, she says Shelley knew about this. The lawsuit was filed in L.A. County Superior Court.

She was “not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling,” the lawsuit claims, adding that she “believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males.”

Also, Stiviano claims that the gifts she received from Sterling were his alone and not shared property with his wife.

However, she is also not happy with Sterling, suing them both for defamation for the way they have portrayed her in the media. She is seeking $10 million in damages, TMZ claims.

This news comes just days after former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer officially left Microsoft and became the legal owner of the Clippers. A judge approved Shelley’s right to sell the team to Ballmer for $2 billion.
