Marvel revealed on Monday that some new faces have joined Ant-Man as it begins production in Atlanta. Judy Greer, John Slattery, T.I., Wood Harris, Gregg Turkington and Abby Ryder Forstson have joined the cast.

As previously reported, production on Ant-Man, which stars Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas, began on Monday on location.

Peyton Reed, who took over the reins after Edgar Wright left the superhero film in May, took to Twitter and tweeted, "Alright, gang. Today is the day. LET'S. GET. small."

Marvel also made the announcement on their website and some new names were mentioned. Though Greer, Slattery and the others were mentioned, what wasn't are their roles in the film. They join the previously known about supporting cast of Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale and Michael Pena.

The film, based around one of the lesser popular Avengers members, is set to follow Rudd as con-man Scott Lang, who must team up with Douglas' Dr. Hank Pym to pull off a spectacular world-saving heist and keep the shrinking technology out of more nefarious hands.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is producing, while Stan Lee, Michael Grillo, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso and Louis D'Esposito executive produce.

Ant-Man is slated for a July 17, 2015 theatrical release.
