Justin Bieber has one legal problem behind him, but there’s always another one around the bend for him. Now, he’s facing a lawsuit from a photographer who claims he sat back and enjoyed watching his bodyguard beat him up.

The alleged incident took place way back in November 2013, when Bieber was in Kauai. As TMZ reports, he decided to cliff jump at a public beach and Aja Oxman took out his camera to capture the moment. Oxman is now suing the Biebs over what allegedly happened next.

Oxman claims that Bieber spotted him and ordered his bodyguards to go after him and said, “Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.” Then, one bodyguard was particularly rough with Oxman, choking him and throwing him into a car.

The bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, actually did face criminal charges, including third degree assault.

According to Billboard, when Patterson finally let go of Oxman, that’s when Bieber and Patterson turned their attention to his camera. They took out the memory card and allegedly destroyed the camera. They even took Oxman’s car keys.

Bieber and his team have not commented on the incident.

If this story sounds awfully familiar, it should. Back in May, Bieber was sued by another photographer for having the same bodyguard, Patterson, assault him.

This month, Bieber got off with anger management for his January Miami driving case.
