A bus accident has led to the postponement of a Kings of Leon concert and has also caused the injury of Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill.

The accident occurred Saturday night after the band performed in Boston, according to AceShowbiz. The band posted a message to their Facebook page Sunday to announce the postponement and update fans on Followill's condition.

The performance was to take place in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. as part of Kings of Leon's "Mechanical Bull" tour. According to AceShowbiz, the concert has been postponed until further noticed and refunds are being offered.

Nathan Followill was taken to a hospital and treated for broken ribs following the accident. He tweeted to his fans thanking them for their support and letting them know that he was doing okay.

His brother and bandmate Jared Followill also tweeted well wishes to his brother and assured fans that the tour would be up and running again soon.

AceShowbiz reports that Kings of Leon will make an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Aug. 12 and the "Mechanical Bull" tour will continue on to make its next stop on Aug. 13 in Wantagh, N.Y..
