The band announced on their Facebook page that they would have to postpone their Saratoga Springs, New York tour stop.
"The band was en route to their hotel after their show in Boston when a pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus, causing the bus to stop short, injuring Nathan Followill. Nathan is being treated for broken ribs, but is doing well,” the band said, E! Online reports.
Followill took to Twitter to thank fans for their well wishes, and promised he would be back “better than ever.”

He really seemed to enjoy himself in Boston, tweeting right before the accident “Boston, best crowd of the tour. Gonna be tough to beat. Thanks for the love. Can't wait to come back.”
