It’s official. Kristen Stewart will have no part in the Snow White and the Huntsman sequel, as her name was missing from the press release from Universal Pictures on Thursday. Rupert Sanders has also been replaced by Frank Darabont.
Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth will be back as Ravenna and the Huntsman Eric respectively, and the film will center on their back story before Snow White – who Stewart played – came into play, Us Weekly.
Stewart and Sanders shocked the world when photos were published of the two kissing just a month after the film came out. At the time, Sanders was married to model Liberty Ross and Stewart was in a long-term relationship with Robert Pattinson.
Sanders and Ross, who have two children together, finalized their divorce late last month.
Meanwhile, Pattinson broke his silence on the affair this week, seeming unphased by it all.
“S**t happens, you know? It’s just young people… it’s normal! And honestly, who gives a s**t?” he said.
