It seems Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez have ended their short-lived summer romance.
As we reported, the two had been hanging out together around Europe, occasionally having public displays of affection (such as in Sardinia, Italy), but, according to US Weekly, the two had a huge fight in Ibiza, Spain.
According to a source who spoke to Us, Rodriguez wants “to do her own thing" and that Efron “knew this about her when he got with her.”
The source noted, however, that Efron may be more attached to the 36 year-old actress than she is to him, and, according to the source, may still want to be with Rodriguez.
Contactmusic notes that Rodriguez has had several short romances in the past, including a romance with British model Cara Delevingne (which we reported on). She has also been romantically involved with Fast and Furious co-star Vin Diesel and French actor Olivier Martinez, who is currently married to Halle Berry.
Rodriguez once told Entertainment Weekly she finds both genders attractive, stating, "I've gone both ways. I do as I please. I am too ... curious to sit here and not try when I can…Men are intriguing. So are chicks."
While there has been no official statement on the matter, Rodriguez recently posted a quote on her Instagram, which states "I no longer have the energy for meaningless friendships, forced interactions or unnecessary conversations." The post was captioned, "Ain't that the truth YOLO."
According to Just Jared, Rodriguez also posted a picture of a heart drawn on her hand, with the caption “Unconditional State of Mind.”
