Trace Cyrus recently revealed he and former band mate, Mason Musso, will be making new music as their former band, Metro Station.

Cyrus and Musso, who are the older brothers of Hannah Montana’s Miley Cyrus and Mitchell Musso, announced that their punk rock band, Metro Station, would be breaking up in 2010 following a feud between the “Shake It” duo. However, due to recent Instagrams and an interview with Musso and Cyrus, it appears as though Metro Station is no longer broken up.

"After over four years of being apart, fans -- and even myself -- thought this would never happen,” Cyrus tells Billboard. “I’m extremely excited to be making amazing music with Mason as Metro Station again. We started this band together and it only feels right we finish what we started."

The “Seventeen Forever” singer further discussed their plans for Metro Station, assuring hopeful fans that “this is just the beginning of our journey.”

Metro Station has already released a pump up song about damaging relationship, “Love & War,” along with a music video and will be releasing an EP this fall. Cyrus and Musso will also be traveling with The Ready Set, The Downtown Fiction, and Against The Current on The Outsiders Tour, which will start in October.
