Rapper Wiz Khalifa has a warrant out for his arrest in El Paso, Texas, after failing to appear in court on prior marijuana charges.

Khalifa, or officially Cameron Thomaz, was arrested in El Paso in May for attempting to sneak pot onto a plane. He was leaving a local music festival when airport security found a small container of marijuana on him. Wiz was charged with a misdemeanor and was released on $300 bail.

The rapper failed to appear in court on Wednesday (Aug. 6), and Judge Ricardo Herrera issued a warrant for his arrest.

According to People, the rapper did NOT fail to appear for his scheduled time on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, where he played Pictionary against Megan Fox.

The 24-year-old Pittsburg native has had tons of success in the rap world. His 2011 debut album, Rolling Papers, made the top of Billboard’s Top Rap and Top R&B/Hip-Hop charts, and took the second spot on the Top 200 Albums chart. The album eventually went on to become gold-certified and had three multi-platinum singles.

However, the rap mogul lost to Megan Fox in Pictionary.
