Universal Pictures released a new trailer for the upcoming sequel to the 1994 comedy Dumb & Dumber on YouTube, Wednesday. The Newsroom’s Jeff Daniels and Bruce Almighty’s Jim Carrey, stars of the original film, return to the film as bosom buddies Harry and Lloyd.

Dumb and Dumber To is about Harry and Lloyd reuniting after 20 years to hit the road again in search of Harry’s long-lost daughter, who is needed for a kidney transplant, The Hollywood Reporter reports. The film’s release is to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the original Dumb & Dumber.

The newest trailer does not reveal much more of the plot, and showcases all but one scene already shown in other trailers released for the film. The newest scene features Harry and Lloyd riding on a bike, with Harry telling Lloyd that it would be faster to ride the bus because busses have bike racks now. The scene then cuts to Harry and Lloyd riding the now stationary bike on the bus as it moves, with Harry and Lloyd bantering back and forth with not going fast enough and peddling as fast as they can.

Familiar quotes and gags from the original film are also shown in the newest trailer, including the beginning of the trailer, where Harry and Lloyd sing “Mockingbird” by James Taylor and Carly Simon.

Directors Peter and Bobby Farrelly return for the film, producing as well. The film’s screenplay was written by We’re the Millers screenwriters Sean Anders and John Morris.

Joining the cast is Romancing the Stone’s Kathleen Turner as Fradia Fletcher, Harry’s daughter’s mother as seen in the trailer, and The Walking Dead’s Laurie Holden, who plays a woman secretly trying to poison her wealthy husband for his money.

The original film grossed more than $247 million and Dumb and Dumber To’s filming rights were acquired by Universal after Warner Bros. declined to make the sequel. The original film also had a prequel in 2003 entitled Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd.

Dumb and Dumber To will be released in theaters on Nov. 14 in the United States.
