Mother of three, fashion-designer, and successful singer, Gwen Stefani, is working on new music for band, No Doubt, as well as a solo album, which comes eight years after her last solo album, Sweet Escape.

Stefani told MTV News that, "At this point I’m thinking about both, I can do both," at New York Fashion Week, where the 44-year old debuted her L.A.M.B Spring/Summer 2015 Collection on Sept. 5.

"And it’s just an amazing time; so many opportunities. I’m going into the studio tonight with Pharrell [Williams], I’m going to be writing and also just seeing what comes along my way. I’ve been recording a few things..." continued the singer.

Stefani will also be taking over Christina Aguilera's spot as a judge on NBC's The Voice when the new season premieres on Monday, Sept. 22.

Fellow The Voice judge, Pharrell, who has collaborated with Stefani in the past on her 2005 hit song,Hollaback Girl, has a lot of great things to say about the singer returning to the studio. "When I tell you she’s killing it, it’s another level. Gwen is somewhere else."

Stefani will be returning to the stage with band, No Doubt, on Sept. 27 for the Global Citizen Festival in New York City's Central Park. Other performers will include Jay-Z and the band, Fun.
