Nick Cannon is professing his undying love for estranged wife Mariah Carey in an unusual way.
In a series of tweets, Cannon commented on having been "personally absent" from social media and said that he was choosing now to speak out on the state of his marriage.
Cannon said that he had never spoken out about his marriage, contrary to what has been reported for the past few weeks. Cannon insisted that he would always love Carey and said he would be forever "[indebted]to her" for the couple's two children.
Cannon berated the media for their continued false reporting on his marriage saying, "to see false reports in the media stating otherwise is absurd! While I would like to remain silent I can no longer allow this to happen." He then proclaimed, "I love @MariahCarey and that will never change!!!"
The statement continued for a few more tweets before Cannon concluded with, "Now back to your regularly scheduled programming... #radiosilence."
