To highlight the standout segments of the show this week, here's a recap of the best moments of Jimmy Kimmel Live....

Commercial for The Best of Me

In this silly sketch, basketball players Blake Griffin, Matt Barnes, Iman Shumpert, and Chandler Parsons got together for a book club meeting to discuss the Nicholas Sparks book and recent film adaptation, The Best of Me. As the boys sip from their wine glasses and chat about the book’s deep, sentimental themes, one of them dares to question the quality of the book's plot. Watch the hilarious conversation here, with a special surprise guest appearing towards the end.

Shia LaBeouf on His Arrest

"You seem to have gone crazy since the last time I saw you" is the opening line of Jimmy's interview with actor Shia LaBeouf, and based on the Fury actor’s recent behavior this statement doesn't seem so far-fetched. Shia finally provides an explanation for his recent antics, recounting the specific incident in which he was arrested at a Broadway performance of “Cabaret” for causing a public disturbance, among other things. In the interview, Shia blames his behavior on basically being drunk. Hear the outrageous details in this clip:

Ansel Elgort Pranks Jimmy Kimmel’s Niece

Jimmy Kimmel loves to target his family members most of all for his many creative and crazy pranks, and in this segment he decided to deceive his niece. Knowing that she loves The Fault in Our Stars actor Ansel Elgort, Jimmy asked Ansel to pose incognito as a makeup artist giving his niece a Halloween makeover. Ansel went above and beyond his task, looking completely unrecognizable and hiding his voice with a hilarious German accent. Words cannot describe how adorable the look on Jimmy’s niece’s face was when she realized that her favorite actor had been painting her face the entire time. Watch the prank here:

iPod Retro

Always one to voice his opinion, Kimmel gave a rant on his show about the latest iPod gadgets and how they seem to be coming out with more products, more frequently, and with less impressive features than they seem to market. He points out that the latest iPad weighs only slightly less than the last model, and pokes fun at the fact that serious Apple customers will wait in line for hours to get the latest product. In this “commercial,” Kimmel introduces a NEW Apple product that seems very familiar...

Jimmy Kimmel the Uber Driver

As a fan of Uber, a car service that allows people to use an app on their phone to request a ride, Jimmy Kimmel decided that he wanted to see what it would be like to be in the driver’s seat. He became registered as an Uber driver and gave one lucky, unsuspecting customer a trip he’ll probably never forget. See what carried out in the clip below:
