Charlie Sheen is now being slapped with a lawsuit that alleges the Anger Management star sexually assaulted a dental technician, Margarita Palestino.

It was previously reported that Sheen had pulled a knife out on Palestino after he reportedly had a bad reaction to the nitrous oxide she administered to him.

In the suit, Palestino alleges that Sheen, 49, committed assault, battery, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress during his Sept. 25 dentist visit, reports People.

Sheen was at the dentist to receive treatment for an abscess.

In the lawsuit papers obtained by People, it states that Palestino was helping doctors George Bogen and Jaime Azdair with the procedure when Sheen ripped the mask off and shouted, "I'm going to f***ing kill you!" Palestino says that Sheen also grabbed for her chest, and "grabbed her bra strap, and forcefully pulled it down in an attempt to open or remove her bra."

Palestino ran out of the room when she was able to get Sheen off of her.

The papers state that Sheen's personal assistant and bodyguard gave Palestino $500 before they left, telling her that the money was "for your troubles." Palestino states that she was also told to clean the mess of spit off of the walls of the examination room, and was told that Sheen was "high on a combination of crack cocaine, Theradol and alcohol."

The claims of the attack and Sheen being on anything during the procedure have been denied, both by his lawyer and the dentist.

In her complaint, Palestino is asking to be compensated for physical injuring, pain and suffering, and mental anguish caused by the ordeal. She is also asking for a trial by jury.
