Busta Rhymes took place in a surprise concert in New York City on Thursday night but the rapper may have gone a little too hard during his performance. The O.T. Genasis show took place in New York City for hundreds of fans but during the surprise performance Rhymes fell off the stage.

Huffington Post reported that when Rhymes took to the stage during his hit song "CoCo" but the rapper was banging his head along with the music too much. Rhymes was also seen on stage with a bottle of Hennessy along with smoking a cigar. The combination of these elements resulted in the rapper taking one too many steps forward and he fell off the stage into the crowd.
According to TMZ, Rhymes was taken off the dance floor and had a bloody forehead.
Following his fall the rapper was taking backstage but never reappeared during the concert.
