The American Music Awards are on Sunday and both Jennifer Lopez and Iggy Azalea are expected to perform. They will likely sing their new single, “Booty,” which features a lot of ... ahem ... booty in the music video and their performance will likely feature the same. However, ABC is a bit spooked by their butts.

ABC insiders for TMZ said that network executives are a bit scared about their song, since they really don’t want anything to slip through the (butt) cracks. They also don’t want any butt-on-butt rubbing.

However, ABC is going to allow spanking, which is a major part of their video. Anything more explicit than that, and ABC will quickly switch cameras.

Like most music awards shows, there will be a three to four-second delay, which should give the people in the control booth enough time to censor anything scary.

Lopez and Azalea unleashed their “Booty” remix in August. The original track is featured on J.Lo’s latest album, A.K.A.. The video was posted in September and has since drawn 72.6 million views. If only that many people actually bought Lopez’s album.

The AMAs will also feature Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Jessie J, Lil Wayne, Taylor Swift, 5 Seconds to Summer, Mary J. Blige and Charli XCX.
