R & B singer Jeremih, full name Jeremih Felton, reportedly caused a scene and threw beer bottles at employees at a Fuddruckers restaurant in Billings, Montana on Wednesday, according to TMZ.
The "Birthday Sex" singer and the people with him allegedly flirted with a female employee that felt uncomfortable by the situation, the unnamed manager of the restaurant said to TMZ.
The report states the manager then asked the group to move away from the employee, which then ensued Jeremih and the group with him to grab the mic that is connected to the restaurant's P.A. system and yell that the employees were being racist.
The manager therein tried to give the money back to calm the situation, however this then led to the group throwing beer bottles at the employees behind the counter.
Jeremih took to his Twitter to comment on the alledged incident.
"I have traveled all over the world, and never have I experienced such blatant racism that occurred in Billings, Montana..." he wrote. "[T]hat was an unfortunate situation that should have never happened."
TMZ also uploaded a 30 second security video of the alleged incident, pointing out Jeremih and his group in the video.
The Billings Police Department said that the crew caused $700 worth of damage, including malfunctioning one of the restaurant's friers, TMZ states. As of Sunday, no arrests have been made.
Jeremih was performing in Billings, which has angered the community due to the incident, according to KTVQ. The media site for Billings also says that concert goers are also angry because Jeremih only performed for 20 minutes for the concert, then left early before the police arrived.
Mitchell Promotions, who helped bring Jeremih to Billings, said that they are working on refunding everyone's money from the performance, especially those who paid V.I.P. and meet-and-greet passes.
"Next Level Inc. is working to get all money refunded to the concert goers." the statement said.
