The split between Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo is getting ugly. Sparks doesn’t hold back in her new song, a remix of Drake’s “How Bout Now.”
In the remix off of her upcoming mixtape #BYEFELICIA, Sparks rips the “Talk Dirty” singer, whom she split from in September after three years of dating.
In a voiceover she explained, "Life is too short. I think that people will be able to relate to that."
"Feeling like I have to get all of this off my chest / I know you are sitting there thinking 'What is she going to do next?'" she sings in the song featuring The L.A. Leakers.
"Remember I deleted all my other guys' numbers out my phone for ya? / Remember when you broke your neck and I had to wash your back for ya? You probably don't remember half of the s--t that I did for ya,” she also sings, Us Weekly reports. She's referencing Derulo's neck injury in 2012.
She also insinuated that he changed once his career started going well for him, singing “Once you blew up, head got big and you started changing / Can't believe all the things that you started saying / Like I'm with you for your fame and your name. What?"
TMZ reports after their split, Derulo went on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show and told him he was being pressured to get married. He did release the song “Marry Me” about his then-girlfriend, though.
