It’s been a while since we’ve discussed Justin Bieber’s new music rather than his dramatic personal life, but he has released a new single featuring Cody Simpson called “Home to Mama.”

The duo revealed in September that they would be releasing a duet album together, and this is the first single released from that untitled album.

In the song they sing, “I don't work hard when its easy, I put in work when its hard, girl I never believed in love till I had yours/ This is more than a season, and I'm not just sprung, I'm not afraid to tell ya, that you are the one/ The one I wake up thinking bout, the one I can run to when I'm felling down, life is all good when you're around, girl nobody from the past is beatin' you right now."

Of course there’s speculation as to whether or not the song is about their respective love interests – for Bieber, Selena Gomez and for Simpson, model Gigi Hadid.

E! Online reports Hadid tweeted her approval, writing, “So good!”

Gomez hasn’t commented publicly, but revealed her own song about Bieber last week, "The Heart Wants What it Wants."
