Taylor Swift is sitting at the top of the music world again, since 1989 continues to sell thousands of copies. The new album earned a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart.

During 1989’s first week in stores, the album moved an astonishing 1.287 million copies, earning the best sales week for an album since 2002. In addition, it made Swift the first artist with three consecutive million-selling albums during their debut weeks.

Billboard reports that during the week ending on Nov. 9, 1989 solde 402,000 copies. That brings it to 1.688 million copies sold in two weeks. It was also the second-best sales week ever this year for an album, behind 1989’s debut.

1989 also held on rather well, dropping just 69 percent from the previous week. Red dropped 72 percent after it sold 1.2 million copies in its first week, while Speak Now dropped 69.5 percent after debuting to 1.047 million copies.

Swift left everyone in the dust. The runner-up for the week, the Now 52 set, sold just 59,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan numbers.

It’s The Girls by Bette Midler debuted at No. 3 with 40,0000 copies. It is the legendary singer’s best-selling debut and second highest chart position. (Her Beaches soundtrack peaked at No. 2.)

Jason Aldean’s Old Boots, New Dirt climbed to No. 4 with 35,000 copies sold. Calvin Harris rounded out the Top 5 with Motion, which sold 35,000 copies.

The rest of the Top 10 features: Florida Georgia Line’s Anything Goes (30,000 copies); Partners by Barbra Streisand (28,000); In The Lonely Hour by Sam Smith (27,000); Brantley Gilbert’s Just As I Am (26,000); and Sam Hunt’s Montevallo (25,000).
