Jimmy Fallon decided that he couldn’t just joke about President Barack Obama’s recent immigration executive action, so he decided to slow jam the news with Brian Williams.

With the help of his man “Breezy Wheezy” or “Big Brilly Style” Fallon helped explain to his audience how the immigration reform worked and why the president couldn’t push it through Congress.

“President Obama has been been waiting for Congress to make the first move, so he can whip out his John Hancock and sign a bill,” Fallon said. “But so far, they’ve done nothing. He’s just been sitting around the White House with his Bic in his hand.”

The segment also acted as Fallon’s way to mark Williams' big anniversary. He’s been hosting the 16th hour of the Today Show - we mean, NBC Nightly News - for 10 years now.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Fallon has had Williams slow jam the news with him. They did it during his tenure on Late Night. Fallon and his team also frequently like to turn Williams into a rapper, having him “perform” “Rapper’s Delight,” “Baby Got Back” and “Gin and Juice.”

Fallon has also slow jammed the news with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Obama himself.
