The man who rear-ended Jennifer Lopez’s Rolls Royce in September is charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
According to TMZ, the LA County D.A.’s office will be charging Robert John Reitz for hitting Lopez and her friend, Leah Remini, while driving drunk on Pacific Coast Highway on Sept. 27.

The singer’s two young children were also in the car.
CBS reports that the 53-year-old Las Vegas man had a blood-alcohol level of more than .15 percent when we slammed into Lopez’s car.
Nobody was injured in the accident and the singer even had time to post a selfie on her Instagram account right after to tell everyone that they were all okay.
“Sitting at a light, riding high right before some drunk fool real ended us in my new whip!!! Thank god everyone ok!!!” she captioned the picture.
Reitz was charged on Dec. 2 and will be arraigned on Monday. If convicted he can face a possible sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
