For parents who are dreading their kids staying up late on New Year’s Eve, Netflix has just the thing for you.
The streaming site has provided a three-minute countdown that parents can stream anytime to fake kids about what time it really is.
The special is hosted by King Julien from Netflix’s All Hail King Julien series, CNN Money reports. He said in a statement, "Move over, Ryan Seacrest, I've got my very own on-demand countdown party on Netflix.”

This is clearly a useful move on Neflix’s part, who conducted a Wakefield Research survey and found 87 percent of parents will be staying in with their kids this year on NYE. Out of that percentage, 34 percent of parents trick their kids into thinking it’s earlier than it is to get them to go to bed earlier.
TIME reports All Hail King Julien is a children’s show, part of a bigger effort on Neflix’s part to stream content to all ages. They currently over 70 kids shows for streaming.
