North Korea has launched a new threat against the U.S. following their request for a joint investigation into the Sony Pictures hacks after the U.S. has officially traced them back to the Kim Jong Un-led country.

North Korea has threatened to launch an attack on “the White House, the Pentagon and … all of mainland USA” if the U.S. doesn’t agree to the investigation.

On CNN’s State of the Union, which aired on Sunday, Obama confirmed his administration was considering adding North Korea to the list of states that sponsor terrorism.

Daily News reports Obama called their hacks and threats an act of “cybervandalism,” instead of an “act of war.”

The FBI released a statement officially linking North Korea to the hacks on Friday, and now the country is claiming they have “clear evidence” the Obama administration was “deeply involved” in the making of The Interview.

At any rate, Sony also confirmed they will end up distributing the film but it’s not yet determined where.
