President Obama is now weighing in on Sony canceling the release of The Interview, and in the process he pulled a John Travolta and flubbed James Franco’s name.

During his end of the year briefing at the White House, the president admitted he thought it was a “mistake” for Sony to cancel its release of the film.

The FBI has officially linked North Korea to the hacks and threats, and President Obama said the country shouldn’t "get into the way of doing business,” calling them a "regime that represses its people."

"If somebody is able to intimidate folks out of releasing a satirical movie, imagine what they start doing when they see a documentary that they don't like, or news reports that they don't like. That’s not who we are. That’s not what America's about,” he said, adding, "I wish Sony had spoken to me first.”

Moreover, while talking about the film’s stars James Franco and Seth Rogen – he referred to Franco as James Flacco. Twitter had a field day with that one.
