Did Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac pull one over the media’s eyes for three nearly months? Reports are suggesting the parents of daughter Rose Dorothy tied the knot in September.
Sources say the couple secretly exchanged vows after welcoming their first child together. Johansson was seen wearing a gold ring on her wedding finger recently.
An insider told Page Six they got married “in a very intimate ceremony after the birth of their daughter. They kept the wedding a big secret because they both wanted privacy.”
It’s also believed they didn’t get married in Johansson’s native New York or Dauriac’s native Paris. Instead, they chose a remote location in the U.S. away from the paparazzi.
During an appearance on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in March, the Avengers: Age of Ultron star told Ferguson after they welcomed the baby that they might move to “some faraway country.”
"I've been thinking lately that maybe it's good to move to some faraway country where you can ski. I was thinking, maybe it would be nice to move to Switzerland,” she said.
