Scott Stapp, leader singer of former rock 'n' roll band Creed, is continuing a destructive path which includes potential death threats and losing custody of his three children.

The LA Times reported that Stapp's public struggle which included posting a video of himself two weeks ago explaining that he was broke, homeless and under "attack," is only getting worse.

On Friday a Florida judge decided to give all legal custody of Stapp's children to his estranged wife Jaclyn Stapp. Mrs. Stapp filed for divorce from him back in November and asked for her husband to be put under 72-hour psychiatric hold.

She recently called the police on her husband, TMZ obtained the 911 call which has Jaclyn Stapp explaining that her husband thought he was part of the CIA.

"He thinks he's part of CIA, he thinks they are trying to kill him and he has a bunch of paperwork in his backpack that he's a CIA agent and he was supposed to assassinate Obama."

Also on the call Mrs. Stapp explained that her husband has been suffering from paranoia schizophrenia and that he self medicates.
