French officials said that a second deliberate vehicle attack in as many days injured at least at 10 people in the western city of Nantes.

Reuters noted that a man driving a van struck pedestrians as they strolled through a Christmas market on Monday. Five of the injuries were serious.

As previously reported, this attack follows another on Sunday when a man, who had a history of mental problems, ran down pedestrians in Dijon. And, one day before that, a man shouting “God is great” in Arabic, attacked police officers with a knife before they shot and killed him.

Witnesses said the drivers of the two vehicles also shouted "Allahu Akbar,” while carrying out their attacks.

The driver of the van reportedly stabbed himself and is among the injured.

The driver of the vehicle used to plough into pedestrians in Dijon was arrested and admitted to his role in the attack.

All of the attacks are being investigated by members of French law enforcement.
